Between the CarMaxes and Carvanas of the world, the online car sales space was becoming increasingly competitive. So we proposed a TV commercial that would really stand out. Enter “Couch Guy”—a super-relaxed, supremely confident spokesperson who literally rolls into a new ride without ever leaving the sofa.
