Relaunching Omni Hotels & Resorts during the pandemic.
We won the Omni Hotels & Resorts account at the end of 2020, after the U.S. hotel industry suffered its worst year on record. Covid-19 resulted in millions of Americans canceling vacations to stay at home. But as time passed, research showed there was a lot of pent-up demand for travel, so we tapped into that with a campaign that inspired travelers to take life off pause and come back to Omni. From Hilton Head to Barton Springs, the campaign helped reopened properties across the country welcoming travelers back with open arms.






As business results began to improve and hotels reopened, we focused on an internal branding campaign. Our goal was to streamline and align the Omni internal brand mission and values. Omni means “ALL,” which led us to the “ALL IN” theme. Signage, posters, collateral and more highlighted Omni’s service philosophy, family values and culture in a fun and memorable way. The campaign was introduced at a company-wide meeting that, in the words of our client, “left everyone’s heart swelling with Omni pride.”




This effort was the latest in a long line of hospitality partnerships for Launch’s seasoned team members, whose previous experience includes work with NYLO Hotels, Paris Las Vegas, Embassy Suites, Bally’s and Hotels.com.
